Question 1

Can I buy stitched suits online with cash on delivery (COD) in Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

Yes! NZS LUXE offers cash on delivery (COD) on all stitched suits across every city in Pakistan — including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Sialkot, and Hyderabad. No advance payment needed. We also offer free delivery on orders of 2 or more suits (a single suit ships for just Rs 250).

Question 2

How long does delivery take for stitched suits in Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

Standard delivery of stitched suits within Pakistan takes 3-5 business days to all cities. Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day. You can track your NZS LUXE order anytime through WhatsApp or our website.

Question 3

Can I return or exchange a suit bought online?

Accepted Answer

Yes, NZS LUXE offers a 7-day easy return and exchange policy on all suits purchased online. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery. The fabric must be unused and in its original condition with tags attached. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Question 4

Is buying stitched suits online with cash on delivery safe in Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

Yes, COD is the safest way to buy stitched suits online in Pakistan because you only pay AFTER the courier hands you the package and you've inspected the fabric. NZS LUXE's tagline 'Pehle Dekho. Phir Pay Karo.' (See first. Then pay.) means zero advance payment is ever required. If the suit isn't what you expected, you can refuse delivery and pay nothing. Customers across Pakistan order from NZS LUXE this way.

Question 5

Which fabric is best for Karachi summer — lawn or cotton?

Accepted Answer

For Karachi's hot, humid summer, lawn is the best fabric because it's lightweight, breathable cotton specifically woven for Pakistan's climate. Pure cotton is the second best — slightly heavier but still cool. NZS LUXE recommends lawn 3-piece suits between PKR 3,000-7,000 for Karachi summer daily wear.

Question 6

Do you deliver stitched suits to Quetta and Bahawalpur?
